Ciao, sono Massimo Di Pinto, un motion designer freelance con un passato da scugnizzo e un futuro incerto, ma sicuramente animato.
Ho trascorso anni a disegnare finché non ho trasformato la mia passione in un lavoro. Dopo più di 10 anni tra graphic design, motion graphic 2D/3D e infinite lattine di energy drink, ho scelto la strada della libera professione, con tutto il coraggio (e l’incoscienza) che ne consegue.
Così ho deciso di investire su una fornitura a vita di Red Bull e ho creato Dip Vibes, un piccolo spazio creativo dove le animazioni seguono la musica, le emozioni e, beh… le vibes giuste. Del resto, sono napoletano: il ritmo è nel mio DNA.
Posso creare quasi tutto ciò che riguarda il motion design, ma i progetti che mi esaltano davvero sono quelli che si intrecciano con l'arte e la musica: video musicali che traducono in immagini le emozioni e i significati dei testi, opere digitali trasformative che danno nuova vita a dipinti, sculture e qualsiasi altra cosa possa prendere movimento.
Per fortuna ho il supporto di mia moglie, che si occupa di testi e contabilità (e alla quale non dispiace campare con una dieta a base di pane, creatività e sogni di gloria) permettendomi di concentrarmi su quello che mi riesce meglio: creare.

Hi! I'm Massimo Di Pinto, a freelance motion designer with a past as a scugnizzo and an uncertain future, though definitely an animated one.
I spent years drawing until I turned my passion into a job. After more than 10 years between graphic design, 2D/3D motion graphics, and endless cans of energy drinks, I chose the freelance path, with all the courage (and recklessness) it entails.
So I decided to invest in a lifetime supply of Red Bull and created Dip Vibes: a small creative space where animations follow music, emotions, and, well... the right vibes. After all, I'm Neapolitan: rhythm is in my DNA.
I can create just about anything related to motion design, but the projects that truly excite me are those that intertwine with art and music: music videos that turn lyrics into visuals full of meaning and emotion, and transformative digital works that give new life to paintings, sculptures, or anything else that can be set in motion.
Luckily, I have the support of my wife, who handles copywriting and accounting (and doesn't seem to mind living on a diet of bread, creativity, and dreams of glory), allowing me to focus on what I do best: creating.
